All plans cover both the account holder and their configured Discord server(s) — there are no personal-only plans.

Yes. All usage limits — text messages, voice messages, voice chat minutes, and image generations — reset at the start of each billing period.
Every plan covers both you and your configured Discord server(s). The number of servers your plan can power simultaneously depends on your plan:
  • Single-Server Plans (Free, Spark, Blaze, Aurora) = power 1 Discord server
  • Multi-Server Plans (Comet = 2 servers, Eclipse = 5 servers, Galaxy Pass = 7 servers)
You configure which server(s) get access from the Account → Billing → Linked Servers section.
