Dedicated Engines
The Dedicated Engines dashboard allows administrators to hand-pick the exact AI models used for conversations, text-to-speech generation, and image requests. You can also define core instructions to control how the selected engines behave globally across your server. This flexibility ensures your bot can switch between blazing fast responses or deep reasoning workflows based on your community’s needs.1. AI Engine Configuration
This section powers the overall intelligence and conversational logic of your bot.Primary AI Engine
The main model responsible for daily conversations, answering questions, and generating text.- Example Selection: Grok 4.20 Reasoning for deep, logic-driven responses, or Grok 4 Fast if speed is your primary focus.
Fallback AI Engine
A backup model that automatically steps in if the Primary Engine experiences downtime, rate limits, or API errors.- Example Selection: DeepSeek R1 acts as a reliable standby so your community never notices an interruption.
2. Add-on Instructions
Custom Server Instructions
A global prompt/text area where server administrators can dictate the overarching rules for the AI’s behavior across all channels. These instructions merge with the bot’s core profile personality. Use cases for Custom Server Instructions:- Roleplay restrictions: “Stay in character as a helpful medieval blacksmith.”
- Formatting rules: “Always respond in short, maximum 2-sentence bullet points.”
- Content filtering: “Do not use emojis under any circumstances.”
- Tone matching: “Be extremely sarcastic and a bit rude to anyone asking for help.”
How do Server Instructions differ from Bot Personality?
How do Server Instructions differ from Bot Personality?
The Bot Personality is core to the character and applies everywhere it goes. Server Instructions only apply within your specific server. This allows you to invite a globally public bot (like a standard “Support Assistant”) but bend its behavior slightly to fit your specific server’s inside jokes or rules.
3. Voice & Image Configuration
Control the media generation tools accessible to your discord users.Voice Generation Tools
- Voice Engine: Select the model used to convert text into spoken audio (e.g., ElevenLabs V3). This dictates the realism, tone, and latency of the initial voice synthesis.
- Voice Processing Model: The specific AI Engine used to write the script for the voice message.
- We strongly recommend using the fastest available models (like Grok 4 Fast) for Voice Processing to keep audio generation latency to an absolute minimum.
Image Generation Tools
- Image Engine: The model used to generate pictures when a user asks the bot to draw or create an image (e.g., Gemini 3.1 Flash). This engine governs the artistic style, photorealism, and speed of image outputs.
Note on Engine Availability:
The engines available in your dropdown menus depend entirely on your current subscription tier. Higher tiers unlock more advanced reasoning, voice, and image models.
